Our Story

Derek and I are Mississippi State University graduates in Agribusiness and Animal Science, respectively. Our story began when we met at the stockyard in Poplarville, Mississippi, in 1984. We college rodeoed together and married in 1989.

Our three boys were raised around cattle and horses, involved in 4H livestock showing, Mississippi High School Rodeo, and Mid-South Little Britches Rodeo. After 35 years of being a stay-at-home mom and with our boys now grown, it's time for us to focus on our dreams.

Livestock farming is something we have always loved. We moved to the farm in Pelahatchie in 2012. Since that time, there have been no herbicides or pesticides used on any of our pastures. Our steers are 100% antibiotic-free and hormone-free from birth.

It’s our hope that providing premium quality, clean beef, from humanely treated livestock, will be our contribution to combatting the health crises so many are experiencing today. We look forward to providing healthy beef for your family.
